When you make a booking, your contract for the delivery of the experience is directly with the local tour provider.

3. Booking and Payments

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Payments: Full payment is generally required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour operator and the experience booked. The applicable cancellation policy will be presented to you during the checkout process.

If a tour is canceled by the operator (e.g., due to severe weather or failure of a cruise ship to dock), you will generally be entitled to a full refund or an alternative date, subject to the operator's specific terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service, including the actions or omissions of local tour operators.
• Personal injury, property damage, or other loss sustained during a booked experience.

You acknowledge that participation in tours and excursions involves inherent risks, and you assume all such risks by booking through our platform.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You also agree to behave respectfully towards tour guides, operators, and other participants during any booked experience.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms
